Effective Date: 12th September, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Impact 2 Imprint (“Impact 2 Imprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all content, information, features, services and functionality made available through the website (the “Website”).

1.2 Impact 2 Imprint is a mental health and wellness practice providing trauma-informed therapy, therapeutic coaching, parenting support, emotional wellness training, leadership development and speaking engagements.

1.3 By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry, requesting an appointment or service, registering for a programme or workshop, subscribing to any mailing list or newsletter, or otherwise interacting with the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or notices incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Website.

1.5 These Terms govern your use of the Website only. They do not, by themselves, create a therapist-client relationship, therapeutic relationship, coaching relationship, professional relationship, contractual engagement, partnership, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Impact 2 Imprint.

1.6 No information contained on the Website constitutes an offer to provide therapy, therapeutic coaching, mental health services, counselling, training, speaking services or any other professional service, or a guarantee that Impact 2 Imprint will accept any person or organisation as a client or participant.

1.7 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 The Website provides general information about Impact 2 Imprint, its approach, practitioner, therapeutic and wellness services, programmes, workshops, speaking engagements, publications and other activities.

2.2 The Website may also enable users to submit enquiries, request discovery calls or appointments, communicate with Impact 2 Imprint, register their interest in services or programmes, and access mental health and wellness-related information and resources.

2.3 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of Impact 2 Imprint or any third party, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by any other person.

2.4 You must ensure that any information you provide through the Website is accurate, complete and not misleading.

2.5 You must not use information obtained from the Website as a substitute for obtaining professional mental health, medical, therapeutic, psychological or other appropriate professional advice concerning your particular circumstances.

2.6 Access to or use of the Website does not establish a therapist-client, therapeutic, coaching or other professional relationship between you and Impact 2 Imprint. Any professional relationship will arise only where Impact 2 Imprint expressly agrees to provide services to you in accordance with its applicable intake and engagement procedures and, where appropriate, any applicable service agreement, informed consent documentation or other written confirmation.

3. Mental Health Information and Professional Services

3.1 The content published on the Website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

3.2 Although Impact 2 Imprint endeavours to ensure that information published on the Website is accurate and current, mental health information, professional standards, treatment approaches, circumstances and applicable requirements may change.

3.3 Information on the Website should not be regarded as medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

3.4 No communication made through the Website, including an email, enquiry form, discovery-call request or other electronic communication, constitutes a therapeutic assessment, diagnosis, treatment, professional advice or therapist-client relationship unless expressly confirmed by Impact 2 Imprint.

3.5 You should obtain appropriate professional advice from a suitably qualified healthcare or mental health professional concerning your individual circumstances before taking or refraining from action based solely on information obtained from the Website.

3.6 Nothing on the Website constitutes a representation or guarantee that participation in therapy, therapeutic coaching, parenting support, emotional wellness training, leadership development, speaking engagements or any other service will produce a particular therapeutic, personal, professional or other outcome.

4. Enquiries, Appointments and Applications

4.1Where you submit an enquiry, request a discovery call, request an appointment, express interest in a service or programme, register for a workshop, or otherwise contact Impact 2 Imprint through the Website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4.2 Submission of an enquiry or request for services does not constitute acceptance of an engagement by Impact 2 Imprint and does not guarantee that Impact 2 Imprint will agree to provide the requested service.

4.3 Before accepting an engagement, Impact 2 Imprint may undertake such intake, suitability, availability, professional, safeguarding or other assessments as it considers appropriate or as required by applicable law or professional obligations.

4.4 Impact 2 Imprint reserves the right to decline or discontinue consideration of any enquiry or proposed engagement where, among other things:
(a) the proposed engagement is inconsistent with applicable law or professional obligations;
(b) Impact 2 Imprint does not have the appropriate capacity, expertise, availability or service to meet the person’s needs;
(c) the information supplied is false, misleading or incomplete;
(d) the proposed engagement is not appropriate for the service requested; or
(e) Impact 2 Imprint otherwise considers that it should not accept the engagement.

4.5 No therapy, coaching, counselling, training or other professional service shall be deemed to have been accepted merely because Impact 2 Imprint acknowledges receipt of an enquiry or communicates with you following submission of an enquiry.

5. Communications

5.1 By contacting Impact 2 Imprint through the Website, you consent to receive communications reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, request, application or other interaction with the practice.

5.2 Where you subscribe to an Impact 2 Imprint newsletter, mailing list or other non-essential communication, you consent to receive periodic communications concerning mental wellness, therapeutic resources, programmes, workshops, events, publications, services and other information that may be relevant to you.

6.2 Information submitted through the Website may be subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements, as described in Impact 2 Imprint’s Privacy Policy.

6.3 Submission of confidential, sensitive or health-related information through the Website does not, by itself, create a therapist-client or other professional relationship or establish any professional duty beyond obligations imposed by applicable law or any separate agreement or professional relationship that has been established.

6.4 You remain responsible for ensuring that information submitted by you does not unlawfully disclose the confidential information, personal data, health information, intellectual property or other protected information of another person.
